Tricia (also known as 陈老师) is a Singapore-born bilingual mom and educator based in New York City.
With a degree in English Linguistics and a postgraduate diploma in Elementary Education, she has taught learners of all ages and recently left her dream job at NYU to focus to what she's most passionate about: language, culture, and the families who carry both across borders.
小脑袋,大问题 Little Brains, Big Questions was born from her own experience as a diaspora parent, navigating the beautiful, complicated work of keeping Mandarin alive for her child in an English-dominant society. Her mission is simple: to help children feel proud of who they are, in both languages, in all the worlds they inhabit.
